Forum Papers on Japan’s ODA Evaluation Published on KAIDEC’s Journal
JASID jointly organizes an international forum “North East Asian Development Cooperation Forum (NEADCF)” with UNESCAP East and North-East Asia Office, China International Development Research Network (CIDRN), Korea Association of International Development and Cooperation (KAIDEC) and Russian Association of International Development Assistance Experts (RAIDAE), every year. The 5th forum was held on 14-15 September 2018 in Seoul. The theme of the forum was “Evaluating development cooperation of North-East Asian countries for the achievement of SDG”.
Two participants from JASID, Yoko Ishida and Tatsufumi Yamagata among six Japanese participants, contributed articles to the forum. They were eventually published on KAIDEC’s journal, International Development and Cooperation Review. KAIDEC kindly gave permission to JASID for posting this particular issue (December 2018 issue) on JASID’s web site. Here is the pdf file downloadable below:

The fourth edition of the Japanese Lexicon of International Cooperation, edited by the Society, was published in September 2014.
The revisions include an increase in the terms contained compared to the previous edition (2004, completed with the assistance of Chairman Esho’s Fifth Executive Department), and the addition of vocabulary relating to “Development Business” and “War and Development”.
