支部の目的と期待される成果

国際開発学会横浜支部は、神奈川県を中心とするエリアにおける国際開発学会会員をはじめとする、国際開発・協力分野の人材や機関（大学・研究機関、政府・自治体、国際機関、企業、NGO・NPO等）の相互交流・ネットワーキングを推進し、地域をベースとした分野横断的な国際開発・協力研究の発展と普及を図ることを目的に2013年１月に設立されました。

横浜支部では上記目的を達成するため、国際開発・協力に関する調査研究、定例研究会の開催、シンポジウム、講演会等の活動を行います。もって、地域の国際協力のハブとして、ネットワークを強化し、グローバルな開発課題への対応を目指していきます。

Yokohama Chapter of the Japanese Society for International Development was established in January 2013. It aims developing networks of the scholars and organizations such as universities and research institutes, national and local government, international organizations, non-governmental organizations and non-profit organizations in the study of development and international cooperation based in the Yokohama area. The Yokohama Chapter will conduct academic research on development and cooperation and organize seminars and symposium periodically. The networking is expected to enhance and develop capacities for better solutions to global challenges.

支部活動スケジュール（2025年度）

４半期に１回程度、研究会および研究交流・情報交換会を行う。今年度は学会員以外へのアウトリーチ活動を積極的に検討する：
