Yokohama Chapter of the Japanese Society for International Development was established in January 2013. It aims to develop networks of the scholars and organizations such as universities and research institutes, national and local government, international organizations, non-governmental organizations and non-profit organizations in the study of development and international cooperation based in the Yokohama area. The Yokohama Chapter will conduct academic research on development and cooperation and organize seminars and symposium periodically.
