★Please review the information below regarding the plenary session. Due to the venue (JICA Ogata Sadako Peace and Development Research Institute) for this conference, advance registration is required.

★For the poster session (11/9), the venue will be open from 8:00, and the presenters will be able to display and present your poster from then until 13:30. The venue is the Media Lounge on the first floor of the Sotobori Building at Hosei University’s Ichigaya Campus. As some of the presenters will be going to listen to other presentations, please display the time of your presentation on your poster. The core time is set as 11:15-12:30, so presenters must be available at the venue during this time to answer questions and interact with visitors. The Poster Award for Excellence will be announced at the respective academic society/association general meetings to be held in the evening of the same day at the JICA Ogata Sadako Research Institute for Peace and Development. There will be no award ceremony, and the award certificates will be sent to the winners by post at a later date.

The conference program (PDF), including maps of the venue and information on how to give presentations, will be made available about one week before the conference.
