On the first day of the conference, Saturday November 9th, a plenary session entitled “International Cooperation and Human Security in an Age of Uncertainty” will be held at the JICA Ogata Sadako Institute for Peace and Development from 14:30 to 16:30. Please indicate your preference in the appropriate section of the conference registration form.

5. Reception Details

On the first day of the conference, Saturday, November 9th, there will be a reception from 18:30 to 20:30. Due to venue and operational limitations, registration and payment for the reception will be accepted until 200 people have registered or until October 25th, whichever comes first. Please be advised that attendance at the reception is separate from registration for the conference. Should there be any remaining places on the day, we may be able to accept further registrations for the reception at the venue. Please be advised that payment will also be made online in advance via the conference website.
