Dear Colleagues, Professors, Researchers, and Students

We are excited to announce the upcoming November event.

The Center for the Study of International Cooperation in Education (CICE), the IDEC Institute, Hiroshima University, invites researchers to the 2026 Writers’ Workshops for the Journal of International Cooperation in Education (JICE).
These workshops offer prospective authors the opportunity to present a summary of their manuscript and receive feedback from the JICE editorial team.

Workshop schedule details:
First session: November 24th-25th, 2026.
Focus: Abstract presentations and preliminary findings. Please ensure your presentation is ready if your abstract has been accepted.
Second session: February 24th-25th, 2027
Focus: In-depth discussion of the full manuscript. Please be prepared to present and receive feedback on your complete paper.

Note:
– Deadline for abstract application: November 3rd, 2026
– Deadline for full draft (~8,000 words): February 15th, 2027
