このたび、2018~2021年度に科研費補助金を得て遂行しました「炭素排出の国際移転:中国のエネルギー・気候変動政策とアジアのエネルギー構造転換」の成果をまとめ、オープンアクセス書籍”China’s Carbon-Energy Policy and Asia’s Energy TransitionとしてRoutlegeから公刊しました。

本書は、中国の炭素・エネルギー政策の進展が中国の石炭火力及び再生可能エネルギーに及ぼしてきた影響及び石炭火力発電の外国投資や風力・太陽発電機器の輸出を通じて、アジアのエネルギー転換に及ぼしてきた影響をカーボンリーケージ及び後光(ハロー)効果の観点から定性的・定量的に分析し、今後アジアでカーボンニュートラルを実現するのに必要な含意を提案する内容となっています。
